We are Audrey and Kory, the brother-sister duo behind Bachan's Shave Ice. Just two people who have a deep love for a delightfully refreshing dessert that we feel brings happiness to people of all ages.  We feature homemade flavors, sugar free options, and fresh fruit syrup collections sourced from local farms. Our goal is to bring quality you can taste and continuously engage with the community in a meaningful way.

Bachan: the Japanese word for grandma (Ours was the kindest, sassiest, baddest grandma around)

Shave Ice: Our shave ice is Hawaiian style dessert that consists of ice that is shaved to create a fluffy, snowy consistency. This treat is customized with a choice of syrup flavors and can also be enhanced with the addition of toppings and ice-cream.
